My calls aren't properly forwarded

1) Reset your call forwarding

If you are using your telephone company's (AT&T's) call forwarding:

  1. Dial 73 followed by the # symbol
You may or may not hear two short tones followed by a dial tone
  2. Hang up
  3. Wait a few seconds, then dial 72 followed by the # symbol
  4. When you hear a second dial tone, dial your call forwarding number
If you aren't sure what this is, please call us
  5. When our operator answers, you will know that your calls have successfully been forwarded

If you are using your own internal telephone switch's call forwarding feature...

Contact your switch's manufacturer for instructions specific to your hardware.

2) Call your forwarding number

If your calls are still not being forwarded properly, call your call forwarding number and ask for a supervisor to help you through further troubleshooting. If you do not know your call forwarding number, call 770.536.0399 and ask for a supervisor.

I'm not getting my messages

1) Check the basics

Most issues involving failed message delivery are due to small but often overlooked problems.

  1. Make sure that your fax machine is on and has enough paper and toner/ink
  2. Make sure that your email spam filter isn't blocking messages from us
  3. Have you changed pager/cell phone companies or physical pagers?
While it might not seem like a big deal, changing your cell phone or pager company can lead to our messages failing to get to you - even if you keep the same number. If you change cell phone or pager companies, please let us know immediately. For cell phones, this only applies if you receive text messages from us.
  4. After checking all these things, call your call forwarding number and ask us to resend your messages.

2) Call your call forwarding number

If you still aren't receiving your messages, call your call forwarding number and ask for a supervisor to help you through further troubleshooting.
